A turnkey contract is an all-inclusive solution covering architectural planning, municipal permissions, earth excavation, structural RCC build, brick masonry, plastering, plumbing, electrical installations, flooring, painting, and final handover.
How are construction payments structured?
Payments are divided into transparent, milestone-based installments linked to verified site stages (e.g. Foundation, Plinth, Slabs, Brickwork, MEP Rough-Ins, Finishes). You only pay after verifying each stage.
How do you ensure material quality during construction?
We only source primary steel (TATA/Jindal/SAIL), 43/53 grade OPC/PPC cement, and perform mandatory on-site slump tests and laboratory concrete cube compressive tests for every floor slab.
Do you handle construction in harsh winter months?
Yes. For cold-weather concreting, we employ temperature control measures, anti-freeze concrete admixtures, and insulating curing blankets conforming to IS 7861 standards.
